These Terms govern your use of the ConduitLab mobile application (“the App”) and any reports or materials generated within it. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • ConduitLab provides electrical calculation tools and report-generation utilities.
  • These tools are provided for professional and educational use.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards in their jurisdiction.

2. No Professional or Safety Guarantees

While we aim for accuracy, ConduitLab does not guarantee that calculations, outputs, or reports are free from error.

You agree that:

  • You remain responsible for verifying all electrical calculations
  • Inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction may require additional documentation
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its results

3. Ownership

All intellectual property associated with the App, website, branding, and generated reports (excluding user-entered content) belongs to Teleios AI, LLC.

4. Report Content

When you enter project information into the App, you are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of inputs
  • Compliance with code requirements
  • Any use or distribution of generated reports

We do not store or transmit report data.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent licensing or subscription features

6. Updates

  • Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
  • Support for specific code editions (NEC, CEC, IEC) may vary over time.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
  • You may discontinue use of the App at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teleios AI, LLC is not liable for:

  • Errors in calculations
  • Project outcomes
  • Damages resulting from reliance on App output
